A Jotting from the Artist...
I had the opportunity to spend the month of February in Mazatlan, Mexico. I not only cleared my head, but I escaped the harsh cold of our stark winter season. Instead, I enjoyed 80 degree sunny days and I was surrounded by COLOR . . . the flowers, the sunrises & sunsets, the ocean, the clothing, the buildings and the people!
As I soaked it all in, it eventually revitalized me and gave me a new appreciation for God's gift of color and its impact on our lives. As we welcome spring and summer, no wonder we are excited . . . a time for renewal, refreshment, rest and color! I hope that my newest designs reflect a taste of the joy & warmth I experienced in colorful Mazatlan.
